Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The hormonal changes which has happened during pregnancy could take about 4 to 6 weeks to normalize following abortion. Hence, during this period, you could experience certain symptoms like headache, intermittent spotting and abdominal cramps. You need to take symptomatic treatment like analgesics or anti-spasmodics to get relieved from the same. Gradually, such symptoms should subside and subsequently your periods also should resume as normal.
