What Causes Migrane Headaches After A Nasal Fracture?

I broke my nose and my left orbital bone in a car accident 10 years ago. Every time the weather changes I get migrane headaches that start where I broke my nose and orbital bone and go all the way through the back of my head. Should I see a speciaist for this?

Hi, The headache may not be like Migraine. Any fractured site when exposed to cold environment in rainy / winter seasons, chances of getting mild dull aching pain may present. The callus formation after consolidation fuses the fractured segments . In Such weather changes the blood circulation to those fusions get reduced , they may cause pain. Since your fracture involved in nasal bone it mimics migraine. Hot fomentation/ steam inhalation may be helpful. If problem persists meet rhinoplastic surgeon who deals it good. Take care
