What Causes Migraine With Nausea And Lightheadedness?

Im 19 years old. For the past two days I've had a migraine that has come up around 6 pm. It lasts about 2 hours. I've taken ibuprofen. But it had no affect on it. Tonight I did get skittles nauseous and light headed. I'm a smoker and I smoked about 3 cigarettes tonight and at the end of the cigarette I have ended up gagging myself. Not much as gave me an appetite it makes me feel like I'm going to get sick if I do eat it. I had my first deposit shot two months ago. However I did take the deposit a year ago and just had a six month break period from it. During that time I was on the pill. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about a week ago. What could it be?

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with migriane. Nausea and light headedness are seen in prodromal phase of migraine.
Cigarette smoking is known to trigger migraine attacks. Unprotected sex does not seems to be related to your headache.
You need to consult your physician doctor for treatment of migraine.
