What Causes Migraine Headaches Post Endovascular Embolization Procedure?

My wife had a brain aneurysm that did not rupture, but was severe and caused the worst headache of her life. She has a history of migraine headaches and this was worse than any she ever had in the past. She had a coil embolization done about a week later and is recovered without loss of any brain or body functions. Unfortunately, when she woke up she had a massive migraine that has been reduced by medicine, but hasn t really gone away. She lives with these headaches everyday. Is there any solution to the headaches?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the headache then it must be due to migraine, and it is the functional kind of disease more or less, the headache due to aneurysm is less likely hope this information helps.
