My Primary Opinion- In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-Vit D3 Overdosage mostly Do s Suggested- You should reduce on fatty diet and reduce on the dose of the Vit D3 -in consults with your doctor ,for sure. Get Vit D3 levels- if more than-50 nano units/ml,reduce on the frequency, to maintain it at ideal levels between 20-50 u/ ml. The metallic test is due to Gastric acid reflux and IBS induced with high dosage of Vit D3. Reply to specific question from you- Q-What should I do? Do Suggested- Reduce on dosage in consults with attending physician. Exposure to sunlight every do would reduce the side effects. Bland rice diet/ with high fluid intake Avoid spicy/nonveg diet-till the gasritis and enteritis/Constipation is kept under control.
