General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Menstrual irregularities are common in pt with PCOS. However, the appearance of red patches on palm very likely indicate an allergic reaction to the drugs.

I would suggest that you stop the drug and better to see your doctor. For time being you may use white petroleum jelly on your palms. You may take anti allergic like Zyretic if it itches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
