What Causes Menstrual Bleeding In 65 Years Of Age?

I had a test to check and see if I had polyps, uterine cancer , or cancer of the ovaries. The test came back with good results...no of these showed up. The doctor said I had a good bill of health. However since then I have bled for about 10 days for the last 3 months. On the same day, which is about the 15th or the 30 of each month. Seems like a period to me. Can I be having a period at 65 years of age?

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness. If it is more than 4 mm, do an endometrial biopsy. If already done, then it's fine. You can take some hormones to control the bleeding.
