Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get a physical spence of malaise and anxiety that generally lasts 10 to 20 minutes and often, but not always my mouth begins to water as if I might vomit. (As of yet I have not vomited) this began on Tuesday night after a dinner of blue cheese, bacon and apple quiche, green salad with goat cheese and wine. It has continued til now. YYYY@YYYY
Take Pantoprazole for 7 days before meals. Take Nestab for 7 days. If vomiting occurs, take Zofran once under the tongue. Avoid heavy junk foods, soft drinks, caffeine, alcohol and non-veg. Take fruits, salads and vegetables. Drink 7-8 glasses of clean water. Basil, amla, aloe vera, turmeric, lemon and orange are home remedies and are good. Do some pranyama and guided meditations. Smile more. If fever comes, antibiotics have to be taken and go to a physician, you may need tests, CBC, ESR etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
