What Causes Lumps On The Shaft Of Penis?

So i have these bumps on the shaft of my penis and i am a little nervous if they are a std or just sweat pimples. There are two different bumps: one that looks like sweat pimples which dont hurt but they just bother me, and the others are just little bumps in groups but they dont hurt. How can i tell the difference between std or sweat pimple?
