What Causes Lumps On The Labia Region?

I have a small bump, about the size of a pin head on my labia. It has been there for about 3 weeks, and most of the time I wouldn t know it was there. Occasionally it will itch slightly. There are no other symptoms, it is not spreading to other areas, but I am concerned because it is not going away. I have looked up Bartholin s Cyst and while it is in the right area, it is not as large as the descriptions I am seeing.
