What Causes Lumps On The Arms After Using Ketamine Injection?

Hi, i have been shooting ketamine into my muscles for a while now and i just recently got clean. My arms have weird hard lumps the size of say dimes but isnt visible. What should i do? They dont hurt but they are a little bit itchy. Theres also bruising
