What Causes Lumps In The Calves And Foot Pain?
Within the past year, I ve developed lumps in both calves; tender to the touch, but otherwise not uncomfortable. The heel of one foot is very painful at times. This tends to be on the calf with the largest lump & the majority of skin problems (eczama type systems). The frontal fart of this calf has also been very sensitive.

Based upon the description provided it appear to be lipoma or cyst. Stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain if it is there.
