What Causes Lumps In Lower Abdomen?

What would be the probable cause of lower abdominal lumps, two on the left, one on the right side. Have been feeling off the last three or so weeks and noticed the lumps today. Left side is uncomfortable now since yesterday, but no discomfort on right side yet. No fever or ongoing health issues.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enalarged tender inguinal lumph nodes giving these lumps.
It indicates that there might be having some chronic infection in surrounding area like local skin, genital tract.
If there is no active infection, nothing to worry, gradually it will be absorbed.
Keep local hygiene healthy and well shaved.
Ok and take care.
