What Causes Lump Underneath The Skin Of Labia Majora?

Hello, I have a large lump underneath the skin of the labia major. You cannot see it but it is easily felt and can move. It is not hard or near the surface of the skin it feels quite deep. I have had it for 3 ish years and it seems to have grown as well as become more uncomfortable. I am 19. Any idea what this is and what I should do?
