What Causes Lump Under Scrotum Area?

I have a lump just under the scrotum area kind of in the crevis nest to the leg. It appears to be leaking some sort of fluid/puss. Last night I noticed it was bigger than before which is when I noticed the fluid more. I squeezed it and fluid came out. What could this possibly be. I am a 38yr old male 6ft tall 225lbs

Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual clinic.
I studied your query and understand your main health concerns.
Cause of the Lump under scrotum-
You seem to have boil secondary to fungal infection in that area, which is very common occurrence.(Jockeys itch with boil)
Tell if it itched any time in past before this fluid discharge.
Consult your ER primary doctor / and or Dermatologist and with his prescription take needful treatment.
