What Causes Lump Under Head Of Penis After Having Intercourse?
A few hours after intercorse a noticed a lump of what seams to be fluid appearing under the head of my penis. It appears to be mainly on the right side as is now grown quite large. There is only a mild discomfort but do not know if it will go on its own or I need to sort advice

During the intercourse your foreskin has got retracted and caused the tight ring at the corona, the fissure .
This called paraphimosis.
Pull the foreskin and the skin-ring to cover the glans and this edema will get resolved on its own.
You need a circumcision if you want to avoid the recurrence.
