Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lump in the vaginal wall could be due to cystic lesion.
A Bartholin's gland cyst, a Garten cyst, soft tissue swelling, etc.
Inflammation of Bartholin's gland is quite painful.
However, the Bartholin's cyst lies at the junction of anterior two thirds and posterior one third of the labia minora.
You need to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment.
Depending on the type of lesion, further management will be planned.
Surgical removal of the cyst will be curative in most of the cases.

Thanks and take care
