I have a coin sized lump that appeared on my back on my spine. I don t believe it happened over time as its discovery was sudden and a surprise to me. It doesn t seem to be solid by I m too scared to apply much pressure. It doesn t cause much pain but bending too far does cause slight pain. What little pressure I do apply to it does not cause pain. I work in retail and do a lot of bending and lifting.
