What Causes Lump On Arm After Injecting Cocaine?

I injected cocaine about 3days3it ago. Now I have a lump.in my arm that is red and is hard as a rock around the injection site. I am very scared and do.t know what to do or what I did.I know I missed alittle of my dose but didn t expect this. What should I do and how long will it last?

This needs to be looked at since it sounds like a significant infection/abscess that will need drainage and antibiotics
