General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. The swelling is just like acne. This occurs due to hormone level increase in the body. It will be there for few days. What you have to worry is pus discharge. This indicates there is infection. You have to treat that by applying antibiotics like soframycin for three times a day. Slowly it will go of. See that you keep that area hygenic and dry so that infection does not reoccur. Please take advice from gynaec. Take care.
