Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain feeling of lump in throat as well as sore throat is a commonly seen side effect of Adderall that contains Amphetamine and Dextroemphetamine and is a central nervous system stimulant used to treat Nacrolepsy and Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder [ADHD]..

You should consult your treating physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to alter the dose of the medication to relieve the symptoms..

As of now gargle with warm saline water 2 to 3 times a day and take a soft diet if it hurting in swallowing..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
