What Causes Lump Inside The Vagina Near Clitoris?

Hi I have a lump inside of my vagina near the left side of clitoris ,I noticed it yesterday, yesterday was the last day of my periods. I cannot see but I can fell. It is one inch big, and I have my appointment after four days, I m just worried ,can you tell me any thing what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be a boil, wait for some time and keep eye open for any changes like increasing in size tenderness, although this is nothing to worry because it would be fine even without the medicines just take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
