What Causes Lump In Vagina That Hurts While Walking Or Sitting?

okay so i had sex with my boyfriend, and it was really rough , and i would always bleed after. But it would go away the next day. the next couple days it hurt down there and i didnt know what it was. But i feel a lump on the inside of my vegina near the perineum but its on the right side near the vagina lips. It hurts to walk/sit when i cough it hurts. I dont know what this could be. ? its the size of about a grape i think . i just really hope i dont have anything serious.

Cause and Remedy-
In my opinion the cause of the lump in your case appears to be post-coital traumatic vaginitis, which lately has caused Bartholin cystitis which causes pain while sitting for 2-3 days time and recovers by body natural healing process.
This time its not healed up and hence would need treatment from ER Gynec doctor who would treat it with medicines accordingly.
