Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having muscle cramps or Hematoma in the tibialis anterior muscle. It needs clinical examination. Treatment of it is icing. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are of use as these relieve pain and swelling. EvionLC , calcium and Mecobalamine are of use in muscle cramps. Rest and elevation are of use. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
