What Causes Lump In The Knees?

I have a massive lump on both my knees it started off with just the right knee, then it developed on the left leg. It started last Tuesday it's now Sunday and they're both blown up I cannot walk at all because it was too much fluid in my knees most of the fluid is on the left side of my left knee and on the Top Part of my knee. I also have A infection on my penis which is red dots and itches could this be anything to do with it or not I have been taken of birth and 400 mg 3 to 4 times per day but I still can't really see no improvement
