General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lumps in the vagina can occur due to minor infections, cyst or abscess which may require antibiotic treatment.Genital warts can also cause such bumps and it is caused by a viral infection. Genital warts may require cauterisation or cryotherapy. The cause can be identified only on direct examination of the lesion.Any history of vaginal or urinary infections should be treated. Maintenance of vaginal hygiene is also essential

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
