Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Pain over lower side of abdomen after meal or drinking water could be related to your stomach or bowels inflammation.

But it needs to be examined by surgeon with complete medical history, clinical examination and some specific tests to have a confirmed diagnosis.

You may need complete hemogram,ESR and ultrasound of whole abdomen.

Treatment is mainly depend upon the underlying cause. Meanwhile you can take antacids and analgesics available over the counter.

So you should see general surgeon to get examined and proper treatment.
