What Causes Lower Right-sided Pain Despite A Normal CT Scan Result?

Hi I have bad pain on my right lower side ,I believe to be diverticulitis ,I had a sever pain started when I stretched about a year ago, and have seen various Dr ,had Xrays and ct scan ,yesterday I developed tiny itchy spots on my hand and finger ,I am worried that this may be sepsis,I had valve a valve replacement five years ago ,so I know to be watchful about infection, sorry a out all the mistakes, I am a 74year old lady,I seem to experience a few of the symptoms of sepsis, Thankyou
