Even though I do drink water I ve never had to pee this much. when I hold off urinating my stomach gets crampy.what do you think is causing this? I am 52 years old, and no longer get my period. 1. Since you are in your menopause thus could be U.T.I. (although you have said urine is clear, check with urine examination or ask for urine culture)

2. If lower abdominal pain doesn't subside with anti- spasmodic injection, check with a gynecologist.
. Plenty of water & fluids
. Urinary antibiotic (norfloxacin) and an alkaliniser (disodium hydrogen citrate).
