What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain While On Antibiotics?

I had a root canal on a left upper tooth 2weeks ago. Prior to that I took amoxicillin, then augmentin, then clindamycin. Now I m having pain in ther right lower. I have been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol and it s no longer helping. I have 3 doses left of the penicillin that he wrote after my root canal. Can I go get a rocephin shot at a local urgent care to get me through till my appointment Tuesday?
