What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain?

I having been having pain in my lower right side of my stomach that also makes my right side of my lower back hurt also. I thought it was a muscule strain but i have had continously systomps for one week. Is it possible i could be pregnant and am just experiencing ligement pain.

Thanks for your query.
You have got pain in the right lower side of the abdomen and back. No pregnancy does not cause so much and such ligament pain unless it is advanced.
This looks to be muscular.
If you are not going to get a proper treatment, it will become chronic and untreatable as it is already 1 week.
Better consult a General Surgeon to see and rule out other causes such as :
Right ureteric stone
Retro-colic appendicitis
Lymph node mass and so on.
Get investigations accordingly and get treated properly to get a cure.

It could be due to many reasons. Most probably, you could be having a small stone in your kidney if your back also pains.
However, if you suspect pregnancy, that too has to be ruled out.

I would suggest you to have an ultrasound study of your abdomen done to find out the cause.
