What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain And Loose Stools While Suffering From Gluten Intolerance?

Constant dull pain (bearable) on lower right side for a 57 year old female who is gluten sensitive. No high fever nor vomiting so ruled out appendix issue. Has been going on for 36 hours now. Very loose stools due to me cheating yesterday with fried chicken. Could this just be an after effect that I ve never experienced before in the last 9 years of being gluten free??

It most probably is an effect of your gluten sensitivity. But I would still recommend getting an ultrasound done to be sure that it is not appendix.
Till then I would recommend an antispasmodic like Dicyclomine to relieve any spasmodic pain if you are having.
Hope this answers your question, thank you.
