What Causes Lower Left Back Pain Along With Pain In Buttocks?
hi! I m Nielda ,45yrs old ,I just want to know what is it in me . I m having left lower back pain and I feel it inside on my left butt(pelvic bone) then it sometimes go down into my lower left leg. I m still having that pain especially I stand for a long time of the day and right now , I also fell pain in my left lower part of my stomach . Can you tell what is it ?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be neuromuscular pain could be due to spinal disk disease and this need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the MRI test, if this turns unremarkable then such pain could be functional one, hope this information helps, take care.
