What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain?

I have lower left side abdominal pain that is tender to the touch almost like a bruise that has been going on for the past 4 days. Pain is not worse but not better. It hurts when standing or moving certain ways. No other GI symptoms, no nausea, no vomiting. Normal appetite. No changes in bowel movements and passing flatus. I have not been exercising recently or done anything out of the ordinary. Any thoughts on what this could be?
