Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lower left abdominal pain which is radiating to complete left side is mainly due to acute abdomen, constipation, colitis or any Intestinal obstruction. I would suggest you to give hot bag fermentation to the area to get it relived. If it is unbearable take analgesics. If you have severe abdominal pain, i would suggest you to see your doctor as early as possible and get ultrasound of abdomen done. Go for blood and stool test examination as well. X-ray of abdomen in standing position is also required. After all investigations done start treatment as per diagnosis. drink plenty of water. Avoid excess fatty food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
