What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Bleeding After Intercourse?
I have had lower left abdominal pain (left side for several years now) painful sex, bleeding after sex. Spotting and bleeding irregular throughout any given month. White clumps of tissue like material when I use the toilet. The past 3 weeks have not given me much relief from the pain. And I have been experiencing the tissue discharge daily and multiple times a day. What could be causing this? And like I said it s been going on now for a few years.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms are given here it could be suggestive of infection, vaginitis could be very likely conditions, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this with vaginal suppository "Povidone Iodine" is preferable some time may needs oral antibiotic hope this information helps.
