Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided your urine culture for urinary tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases are negative and so now no further antibiotic course is needed. As your culture report is negative don't worry about foamy urine. For your stomach problem you can take rabeprazole like antacid for symptomatic relief. if your problem persist then you can consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
