General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Lower back pain may be of various reasons. From your description I suspect Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Lower back pain and burning micturition is quite common in UTI. I suggest my patients antibiotic like norfloxacin or Ofloxacin with phenazopyridine for treatment of UTI.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr. Manan
