What Causes Lower Back Pain While Having Diarrhea?

I have lower back pain associated with lower intestinal pain and diareha I had extreme pain in my intestines for two days, and now it s gone but the lower back pain is still there. it s hard to move, and I m really tired and sleepy. I think it s the flu, but I got my flu shot last year. I am 73 years old.
