What Causes Lower Back Pain, Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

I have been having abdominal pain for over 3 weeks. At first, I assumed that I had pulled a muscle while moving or picking something up. But in the last week or so the pain has gotten much worse. I am now having lower back pain and feel a little nausous. Are these thing a fluke or maybe connected?

hi,

thank you for mentioning the brief history of you. You need a thorough assessment of the abdominal muscles and back.

Since you have more of the abdominal muscle pain, the abdomen is divided into 9 quadrants, so depending on where you are getting pain can help understand better the problem. Also performing an ultrasound scanning of the abdomen and pelvic floor will help come close to the cause. Since many a times, due to systemic pathology, there might be a refered pain in some other location, like the back pain ruling out the systemic pathology prior to think about the spine is of due importance. Based on the ultrasound scanning report of the abdomen the next step will be taken, either medicine for systemic pathology or else the MRI of the lumbar spine.

As later on when the pain is down and there is no systemic pathology found in the ultrasound scanning of the abdomen, the exercises are guided towards the strengthening of the core muscles, pelvic floor and spinal muscles.

Usually 99% of my cases have seen recovery. I wish the same from you.
