What Causes Lower Back Pain In A Patient With Horseshoe Kidney?

Hi, I have a horseshoe kidney so I m a little extra causious when it comes to lower back pain. I ve been getting lower left back pain the last week and it comes and goes. It s hard to tell whether it s kidney or lower back pain. I m healthy and active. Any suggestions what it could be??
