General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Right side abdominal pain with fever could be due to colitis, typhoid, hepatitis, gallbladder inflammation, kidney inflammation etc.

Kindly mention exact location of pain to guide you further esp. Mention pain in upper, middle or lower portion of right side. According to the cause-specific treatment given.

If needed ultrasonography and Widal test can be planned for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
