General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The lower back pain with pelvic pressure may be sign of inadequate circulation through embolised vessels or else.

* Further evaluation for hormone changes induced uterine wall edema or else has to be considered on prime basis possibility.

* A diagnostic laparoscopy or ultrasound is best recommended further for your case to proceed ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
