What Causes Lower Back Pain And Pain In Pelvic Area?

Hi, I am 34 years old female, my urine cytology test showed atypical transitional cells present favor a reactive process. I went to urologist, he ordered FISH test and CT scan. Should I be worried in case FISH test comes back positive? I have lower back pain and pelvic pain that streches to my leg, no kidney stone or blood was found in urine. Thank you very much
