What Causes Lower Back Pain And Internal Bleeding Coming Out Of The Stomach?
I am a patient with a permanent ileostomy(no rectum/anus/large bowel), I found out I have a large mass on my left ovary and they want to do a total hysterectomy. I have severe lower back pain,intermittent internal bleeding coming out my stoma into pouch as well as last two days thick green slime. Can this be a sign that the mass is cancerous? My Crohn s is coming back?

Hello.thanks for puttingvyour query in hcm. Bkeedung from stoma suggest that reappearance of crohns. Ovarian mass is cancer or not can be confirmed on laparitomy or biopsy. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
