What Causes Lower Back Pain And Frequent Urination?

Hi ok 21 year old daughter last friday getting treated for possible uti, urine culture negative however frequent urination as if she has one. fast forward to this afternoon mid to lower back pain intense and hardly any urine output? should we take her to the emergency room for possible stones?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely take her to the hospital and get done ultrasound examination of KUB (kidney ureter and bladder) and Renal function test (RFT).
Possibility of Renal stone is high. She is not having urine output, so altered RFT is the chance.
So ultrasound examination is needed to rule out Renal stone and RFT are needed to monitor kidney functions.
Don't wait at home, take her to the hospital and discuss all these.
