What Causes Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Tenderness While On SIBO Diet?

I have SIBO, Graves, and Hashimotos. Eat a SIBO diet and take methimazole due to hyperthroidism. I am experiencing significant pain across my low back and sides of waist. Also tender belly, feel like my colon is not empty even having bowel movements daily.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your mother's chest pain can be a symptom of heart attack, and this should be followed by your cardiologist doctor. As for Alzheimer disease you must contact a neurologist. It is a very tricky disease, sometimes the person is very well, talks and act very normally, another time she can loose it all. It is the neurologist examination that will make the exact diagnosis!

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
