What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Headache And Dizziness?
I ve been having lower back pain for quite some time and have been feeling very tired lately as well as headaches, dizziness, and random bruising on my thighs. Today, I noticed the area directly above my buttocks has a slight bruise but I have never injured it. What is causing this?

- platelet disorders like low platelet count
- malfunction of platelets
- blood dyscrasia
- bone marrow disorders
- other hematological issues.
