What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Fatigue And Constant Cough?
I have spent the last 4 days in bed with flu symptoms but it is probably just a very nasty cold as I have had flu twice in my life previously. I have experienced pain and discomfort lower back and muscles and continue to cough, sneeze and feel low energy /fatigue. My sister suggested I get it checked by GP in case it is pneumonia but I don t like to bother them unnecessarily as I know they are busy at present as there is this virulent cold/flu thing going about. And then you popped up as I looked for information on symptoms....... Thank you
As you mentioned you were down with flu and in bed for 4 days, you are having back ache and tiredness.
To understand this, that body in the duration of healing has consumed more energy. Also, due to lack of insufficient oxygen for the cells, the body will feel fatigue and lead to abnormal pain and tiredness. Also, due to the flu you are experiencing cough which needs to be monitored once and assessed by a physician.
Performing breathing exercises will help ease the cough and also improve the cellular oxygen and remove the faigue feeling.
