What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain,frequent Urination And Delay In Periods?

Good Afternoon..Healthy 27 year old.3 children 2 cections.tubal litigation done on 4/16/2014.regular periods began 3 months post pardum.LMP 12/6/14..associated with 2 weeks of bleeding...its now 2/11 still no period...I am sexually active...experiencing lower abdominal pain..bloating....frequent urination...negative hpt.what could be going on cysts? But wouldn t I still bleed; please advise.

Well come to HCM
you need to be very patience because this may not be due to any disease just wait for some time if this comes to normal then just forget this and if this does not and becomes even worse then this need to be investigated and ultrasonography would be advisable, but most of the time this comes to normal no need to worry about this, take care, have a nice day.
